20 Nov 2014 - This report presents the epidemiological situation for food- and waterborne diseases and zoonoses as of 2012 and describes the statistical and epidemiological methods used.

19 Jun 2019 - In 2016, 242 confirmed cases of congenital toxoplasmosis were reported in the EU/EEA, with France accounting for 81% of all confirmed cases due to the active screening of pregnant women. The notification rate was 6.7 cases per 100 000 live births. No seasonal pattern was observed for the disease.

3 May 2024 - In 2021, 150 confirmed cases of congenital toxoplasmosis were reported in the EU/EEA.

29 Aug 2023 - In 2020, 133 confirmed cases of congenital toxoplasmosis were reported in the EU/EEA, with France accounting for 83% of all the confirmed cases due to its active screening of pregnant women.

7 Sep 2022 - In 2019, 176 confirmed cases of congenital toxoplasmosis were reported in the EU/EEA, with Franceaccounting for 76% of all confirmed cases due to its active screening of pregnant women.
