Public access to ECDC documents
If you wish to obtain a document you can send us a request that will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, and in accordance to the Decision of the ECDC Management Board MB1/17 on Rules for implementing Article 20 (2) of the Regulation (EC) No 851/2004, on access to documents of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.
Please note that a request to access to documents may fall under the exceptions provided for in Articles 4 and 9 of Regulation 1049/2001.
How to submit a request
In order to enable us to process your request, please state your surname, forename, and address. In order to enable us to identify the document requested, we encourage you to make you application in a sufficiently precise manner. The application can be sent via e-mail or regular post.
