West Nile fever in Europe in 2017 and previous transmission seasons

Since the beginning of the 2017 transmission season and as of 14 September 2017, Greece has reported 40 human cases, Italy has reported 27 cases, Romania 22 cases, Hungary 10 cases and Austria two cases. In addition, Serbia has reported 28 cases and Israel has reported nine cases.
