With ECDC’s new strategy, the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the potential suppliers associated with CorSer activities, there is a need to reassess the Corporate Services‘ section operating model including its outsourcing approach. The objective is for CorSer activities to support more efficiently ECDC’s long term strategy.
