What does the EU do to address public health challenges such as antimicrobial resistance? Why are people in Europe still dying of measles – a vaccine-preventable disease? How should we produce and consume food in the future?

ECDC Director Andrea Ammon and Vytenis Andriukaitis, EU Commissioner for Health and Food Safety, will engage in a public debate with citizens in Sweden to highlight how prevention of infectious diseases, vaccination programmes, actions against rare diseases and promotion of good health through healthy life styles are all aspects where EU policies can and do play an important role.

Join the dialogue at Europahuset in Stockholm, Sweden and have your say about what is happening in the European Union, how it is tackling key challenges and how you benefit.
