Legal entity and bank information forms
There is now one document* for both legal entity and financial/bank information that external participants are required to complete.
Please include the corresponding privacy statement for Legal Entity and Bank Account Validation.
*For business continuity reasons, the previous Legal Entity Form (LEF) and Bank Account Form (BAF) will continue to be accepted for validation until the end of 2025. This measure is in place to manage cases where third parties have already completed the old forms.

The new business partner form is already in force, and it is essential to start using it immediately to ensure the smooth processing of contracting and ordering.
