The ECDC Communicable Disease Threats Report (CDTR) is a weekly bulletin for epidemiologists and health professionals on active public health threats. This issue of the CDTR covers the period 11 -17 October 2025 and includes updates on respiratory virus epidemiology in the EU/EEA, chikungunya, West Nile virus, dengue, Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever, avian influenza, Ebola, mpox and Rift Valley fever.
