The ECDC Communicable Disease Threats Report (CDTR) is a weekly bulletin for epidemiologists and health professionals on active public health threats. This issue of the CDTR covers the period 5-11 July 2025 and includes updates on respiratory virus epidemiology in the EU/EEA, chikungunya virus disease, West Nile virus, Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever, mass gathering monitoring of UEFA Women's EURO 2025 in Switzerland, bathing/swimming related-vibriosis, measles and Nipah virus disease.
