The launch event is marking the 11th European Antibiotic Awareness Day. It is a platform for governmental institutions, professional and patient organisations, country representatives and media to come together and discuss the current situation regarding antibiotic resistance and the actions taken to address them by all stakeholders, both at EU/EEA and national levels. The event is organised by ECDC and hosted by the European Commission’s Representation in Sweden. The meeting will take place on the 18 November at Europahuset in Stockholm, Sweden.
The event includes an opening address, key note speeches and panel discussions with invited governmental institutions, professional and patient organisations, country representatives and media.
