What we do

ECDC's mission is to identify, assess and communicate current and emerging threats to human health posed by infectious diseases.

ECDC strategic multi-annual programme 2014–2020

14 Feb 2014 - This document sets out the overall programme priorities for 2014–2020, setting them in the context in which ECDC operates and the changes and challenges that will affect communicable diseases in the EU Member States and EEA countries over that period.
