HIV prevention in Europe: Action, Needs and Challenges

Although HIV/Aids prevention and surveillance has been included in core public health policy in the EU since 1980s, there has been a slump in attentiom over the last few years. ECDC called for the Workshop on HIV Prevention in Europe to review country prevention priorities, best practices and to identify gaps and areas with where ECDC could contribute to the European HIV prevention.
