Bringing together over 100 global public health leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders, the "Progress Towards Hepatitis C Elimination" conference in Cairo marked a major milestone in the fight against the disease. Organised under the EU Initiative on Health Security and co-organised by ECDC and Egypt’s Ministry of Health and Population, the event showcased groundbreaking efforts and best practices from around the world.
