Trainings open to all on the Learning Portal
The learning portal is ECDC’s platform for training in infectious disease prevention and control. It provides training courses and materials that are:
- aimed mainly at public health professionals;
- reusable or adaptable; and
- free of charge.
Topics include epidemiology, microbiology, bioinformatics, prevention, preparedness and response, and other major public health issues, such as antimicrobial resistance.
Learning materials such as recordings of webinars are also available.
Some activities such as e-learning courses require a login. This is to give learners a better experience and allow them to save their progress and obtain a certificate upon completion of their courses.
