Country mission Latvia: Surveillance and early detection and response systems

​This report is a review of the general surveillance and early detection systems for communicable diseases in Latvia conducted by ECDC at country request from 26 to 30 September 2011. The country visit was conducted in the Riga and Zemgales regions and consisted of meetings with representatives from a range of institutions and organisations.
