The ECDC Communicable Disease Threats Report (CDTR) is a weekly bulletin for epidemiologists and health professionals on active public health threats. This issue covers covers the period 27 September - 3 October 2020 and includes updates on COVID-19 associated with SARS-CoV-2, West Nile virus, measles, dengue, Ebola virus disease - eleventh outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and MERS-CoV.
