RMS/240137 - External Confidential Counselling
The purpose of the procurement is to provide counselling services to ECDC staff members through an external expert provider. The main aim is to support ECDC staff by means of individual confidential counselling. Additionally, ECDC endeavours to provide counselling for teams, should it be deemed necessary from the organizational perspective to enhance wellbeing of teams and team members. ECDC has a multicultural and international working environment: the workforce includes around 350 staff members from most of the European Union Member States, with different cultural and professional backgrounds. Approximately 80% of the staff members are expatriates that have moved to Sweden with or without their families. Living as an expatriate in a foreign country may at times be more challenging than one has been prepared for, both for the individual as well as for the accompanying family. As part of the overarching wellbeing frame at ECDC, the Centre aims at offering psychological support to staff in the form of confidential counselling provided by external professionals.
Estimated amount: 135,000 EUR.
Economic operators shall be established in the European Union, European Economic Area and Stabilisation and Association Agreements countries.
