West Nile fever in Europe in 2018 - human cases compared to the previous season; updated 13 July

Since the beginning of the 2018 transmission season and as of 12 July 2018, 13 human cases have been reported in EU/ EEA Member States by Greece (9) and Italy (4). Eleven human cases were reported in neighbouring countries, all by Serbia.
