Geographical distribution of confirmed cases of MERS-CoV by probable region of infection and exposure, 1 January 2022 – 3 October 2022

Since the beginning of 2022, and as of 3 October 2022, three MERS-CoV cases have been reported in Qatar (2) and Oman (1), including one death. All three cases were primary cases, having reported contact with camels.
