Conditions for publishing note

Third-party access to case-based EU/EEA surveillance data is currently under legal review to ensure alignment with Regulation (EU) 2022/2371 on serious cross-border threats to health and is hence suspended. Therefore, no new requests for case-based data will be processed until further notice. Requests for aggregate data are not affected and continue to be processed as usual.
