2014 IUSTI Europe Congress “Migration, recreation, and sexual health”
The XXVIII IUSTI (International Union Against Sexually Transmitted Infections) Europe Congress addressed the broad range of science and clinical practice in the field of sexually transmitted infections and HIV.
In addition to the regular important academic topics discussed at IUSTI Europe meetings, the congress also addressed medico-social aspects of sexual health with a special emphasis on immigrants.
ECDC hosted a workshop covering an overview of the latest challenges on antimicrobial resistance in gonorrhoea and the Public Health aspects of sexually transmitted infections.
