On 31st August 2009, the U.S. Centre for Disease Control and Prevention and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control held a joint video conference to discuss the pandemic (H1N1) 2009.
The speakers addressed the topics of school closures - the U.S. and UK experience, possible impact and plans for future strategies and evaluations of school closures - and the current situation in Europe regarding the pandemic (H1N1) 2009 as of the date of the video conference.
