On the 2-3 July, ECDC’s Director, Zsuzsanna Jakab, will participate in an EU Presidency conference on Influenza Preparedness and Response – lessons learned and next steps. Mrs Jakab will give an update of the situation on influenza A(H1N1)v and discuss future scenarios. The conference in Jönköping, Sweden, which is the first under the Swedish EU Presidency, will bring together senior experts across Europe to discuss contingency measures and experience in connection with influenza A(H1N1)v.
