Question 1:
Concerning the visit on Thursday 11 November 2010 at 09:00, do we need to send in one's intention to participate in advance?
Answer: No, there is no need to.

Question 2:
Requests for clarification regarding 6.2 Technical capacity: concerning the certified list of the principles services provided in the last three years. Is it correctly understood that what you are requesting is a reference list? And that this list needs to include the value, dates and the recipients of the services? Do you have a preference of the number of references that you want us to include in the tender?
Answer: Yes this is correct. And no we do not have a preference of number of references.

Question 3:
Requests for clarification regarding B 5.1: do we need to enclose evidence to the tender, or is it enough to sign and attach "Exclusion Criteria & Non Conflict of Interest Form"?
Answer: It is enough to sign and send the declaration. Evidence will be requested before signature of the contract (for the winning tenderer).

Question 4:
Request for clarification regarding C4: one of the requirements is to attach CV of consultants required for the tasks assigned. Is it correct to interpret consultants as cleaning staff? What information would you like us to include in the CV?
Answer: It is correct. We need cvs with their experience (years, field, expertise, communication skills and recommendation letters from other companies).

Question 5:
According to  1. Timetable, there will be at Site visit on 11/11/2010 at 09:00, and I would very much like to attend. My question is where I should go, and who will show the premises.
Answer: Our facility manager, Katerina Karypidou, will be organising the visit on Thursday 11 November 2010 at 09:00. The meeting point is at the entrance of ECDC (Tomtebodavägen 11A, 171 65 SOLNA).

Question 6:
I cannot find the drawings of the basement in the Guest house, is it perhaps missing?
Answer: There is no basement in the Guesthouse.

Question 7:
Regardning 2.13,  I cannot find the cleaning instructions/program key for buildning 4 (mobile office), is it missing or should we use the same program key as one of the other buildnings?
Answer: There is no key yet. We will be informed in a couple of weeks of the code key for the mobiles.

Question 8:
On the drawings of the basement in the main building there are a number of rooms for example Kitchen, wash-up, rinse room, dry goods, freeze, which are not mentioned in the tender specification 2.13. Are they not to be cleaned?
Answer: Only the corridors of the basements should be clear from cartoons and cleaned.
