Terms of reference 2: Could you please advise what kind of structure you wish for our answers; should there be separate documents for all answers (in cases where there isn’t a ready form/annex provided by you?

Terms of reference 2: 1.9.1 Question about the Financial Proposal Form in Annex VII: Are we allowed to add extra columns to the price sheet to indicate all required information about each title?

We expect all the tenderers to use the same price sheet in order to guarantee the fairness and consistency in the evaluation process of this call for tender.
Tenderers in need to add new columns to the proposed price sheet table in Annex VII, may add a separate price table to the one suggested in the annex. However, this second table proposed by the tenderer will not be used in the evaluation and may only be used for consultation. Only the price sheet available in the Annex VII will be taken into consideration for the evaluation.

The specified list of journals and databases correspond to the fixed budget allocated for the ECDC Library. We could accept additional proposals always in the frame of our budget allocated for journals and databases.

Could you please provide us with an excel sheet of annex VII?

Please find above Annex VII among the other tender documents. The excel sheet displays the price tables for Lot 1 and Lot 2 in two different tabs.

Do you want the total amount of Lot 1 and Lot 2 to be added to the Annex VII price table?

Lots will be evaluated separately so tenderers are expected to provide 1 table for each lot applied.

For the titles Pediatrics and New England Journal of Medicine there are two subscription options available. For Pediatrics the access for 3 workstations / static IPs or site license and for New England Journal of Medicine the access for 5 workstations / static IPs or site license. Do you want priced for these titles the cheaper access for the workstations / static IPs or the site license?

For the title Economist you have requested the print and e-journal price. The print includes free access for a one end user with username and password. IP access is also available and the price depends on the amount of users. Please let us know how many users you want for Economist!

For the title International Journal of Tuberculosis and Lung Disease you have requested format e-journal. The subscription includes access for a single end user. Multiple subscription option is also available, but this includes print and the price depends on how many users and print copies are needed. Please let us know how many users you want for International Journal of Tuberculosis and Lung Disease and also the number of prints copies you want!

Quesion 13
I was also curious if you would be interested in entertaining an alternative bid, based on the usage of the ECDC – or if you would be happy to receive information regarding it.

We are not interested in any bid which is not according to our tender specifications (see point 1.10 p. 9).
