Question 1:
I would like to have clarified what is intended/meant by “English services” under 2.4.3 Deliverables, reporting and project schedule?

Answer:
This just means that the Voicemail service is available in English.

Question 2:
It seems we cannot access forms requested in your invitation to  tender (OJ/22/02/2011-PROC/2011/011) “Annex III — Legal entity form (for private companies: http://ec.europa.eu/budget/library/execution/legal_entities/idlegent_pris_en.pdf)”. Is there another way we could get access to those forms?
