QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Question:

I have a question relating to B5: Complying with all formal requirements to be eligible for tendering.

Specifically our question relates to the documentation required to prove the company is not in situation a) thru e).

Can you please provide some clarification about the documentation you require to satisfy the tendering authority is eligible for tendering?

 Answer:

Tenderers do not need to submit any documentation at this stage. It is sufficient if the tenderer certifies that they are not in one of the listed situations by signing the Exclusion Criteria & Non Conflict of Interest Form (see section D.1).

Deadline for submission of tenders: 11 Jun 2008 at 16:00 CET
